MEET THE TEAM

Elder (Lead Pastor)

Mark Fossey

Elder (Lead Pastor)

Mark is married to Lucy and they have three children. He grew up in a nominally atheist home but became a Christian as a student thanks to simple, clear talks explaining who Jesus really was (something you never hear anywhere else) and experiencing a standout church community of genuine love that's so different to everywhere else. He's since been involved in church ministry and church planting for over 20 years in both central and suburban London. He's passionate for Londoners to know Christ and be nourished and grow both in faith and love. Mark is a fan of football, jazz and burgers, in no particular order.

Elder (Missionary Pastor)

Tim Ganger

Elder (Missionary Pastor)

Tim was born in Ohio and grew up in Texas. He is married to Sarah, and they have four children. He was raised in the Catholic church and became a Christian when he was 16 years old through the ministry of Young Life. Tim has worked in ministry for 20 years, serving in youth ministry, discipleship ministry, church planting, pastoring, and theological education. He loves to help develop healthy leaders in the local church and share the good news about Jesus with those around him. Tim is an odd combination of nerd and sports buff, feeling equally at home at a board game café and at a football match.

Elder

Anthony Oloya

Elder

Anthony is married to Clare and they have been at Redeemer since 2017. He spent his early childhood in a Christian home in Uganda where he became aware of his need and love for Jesus. He is part of the Audio team at Redeemer and enjoys playing football, running, cooking and dancing.

Elder

Jake Unwin

Elder

Jake grew up in Surrey in a church-going family. His great-grandfather lived in Croydon though. In his teens, thanks to the witness of friends & family, some challenging teaching and even a vivid dream, he came to realise the immensity of what Jesus had achieved on the Cross for Him. He's married to Emily, they're both teachers and he enjoys reading and climbing among other pursuits. They also keep chickens and love to share organic fresh eggs with those around them. Ask for a box!
