Live Sunday FAQs
How we’re keeping you safe at our live meetings
***We are temporarily meeting online, Sundays at 10am here***
We’re making meeting as COVID-secure as we can and following the strict guidelines when we return in person
As a result, we can only host around 80 people each week
Please bear with us as we try to do church well in a difficult season, things may change without much notice
Everyone is welcome! You will need to reserve your seat on the online booking system which opens each Mon at 9am (when we resume in person meetings).
However, it’s extremely important if you have COVID symptoms, have had a positive test, or are self-isolating, unfortunately you will not be able to attend that Sunday.
Here is a short video tour of our new venue!
You’ll enter by the first gate, after parking if driving (there is a big car park onsite), you’ll queue for check-in using the 1-way system following the social distancing markers.
Everyone will be required to sanitise their hands before entering the building, have a temperature check if you permit us, and check you have your face masks. You will be showed to your seats group by group.
Yes. The government guidance requires everyone in attendance to wear a face mask the whole time you’re inside. Only those who are medically exempt, children under 11 and those on stage are permitted to not wear a mask.
You should bring your own face masks.
Yes absolutely, the venue including all surfaces and chairs will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
The meeting will be approx 45 min including worship music, prayers and the Bible message. You’ll need to remain seated in your household group for the duration and at the end we will invite each group to leave one by one.
Unfortunately no congregational singing is allowed. The band is allowed to sing live and we have various plans to be able to make you feel involved, so please embrace that it’ll all feel quite odd and we’ll all take part in creative ways!
The government guidance requires everyone in attendance other than the person leading to wear a face mask. Please bring a face mask if you are aged over 11 years old unless you meet the government exceptions.
The guidance also means we can’t share anything with you- hot beverages, biscuits, notice sheets, Bibles or handouts. You’re welcome to bring your Bible, notes/pen and a drink of your choice!

Redeemer Tots (3-5yrs) has restarted following strict COVID-secure measures for children’s groups. We hope to restart the other age groups soon.
Families are warmly welcome to attend Sundays and have children in the main meeting. We love children and aren’t worried about noise (because kids make noise and that’s OK!) so please do not feel uncomfortable about that, because we don’t!
Important notice to parents: Due to the strict COVID rules we must follow of social distancing, any children attending must be able to stay strictly within your allocated seating area and are not permitted to wander around or interact with any other households.
We always expect guests in our services and we’ve saved you some seats. You can book a ticket at any time for the meeting on the link below. If you need more info or we can do anything to help, please drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
For those who cannot attend, you will be missed, but we understand there are various factors meaning you won’t be able to be there at first!
Check us out online for our meeting recordings on our YouTube channel.
We’ll try and include as many elements as we can and aim to increase them as we get used to our new venue. Unfortunately there won’t be a live chat function, but we highly encourage you to join, if you’re not already in one, a Growth Group so you can enjoy the inter-personal part of being in the church family! At the moment they meet over Zoom.
